距骨骨折合并脱位术后康复护理的效果观察

目的探讨康复护理对距骨骨折合并脱位患者的术后康复效果。方法78例距骨骨折合并脱位术后患者,随机分为常规组与康复组,每组39例。对照组应用常规护理,康复组在对照组基础上康复护理措施。观察比较两组踝关节功能优良情况以及住院、骨折愈合、负重行走时间。结果康复组踝关节功能优良率89.74%高于对照组的61.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组住院时间(26.6±2.3)d、骨折愈合时间(59.6±2.3)d均短于对照组的(35.3±1.9)、(73.5±4.4)d,负重行走时间(53.6±4.6)d长于对照组的(39.1±2.3)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将康复护理应用于距骨骨折合并脱位术后患者中,可提高治疗效果,有效恢复踝关节功能,缩短术后恢复时间,值得临床应用。

Observation on the effect rehabilitation nursing on talus fracture with dislocation

Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with talus fracture and dislocation.Methods A total of 78 patients with talus fracture and dislocation were randomly divided into conventional group and rehabilitation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the rehabilitation group received rehabilitation measures on the basis of the control group.The ankle function condition,hospitalization time,fracture healing time and weight-bearing walking time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent-good rate of ankle function 89.74%in rehabilitation group was higher than 61.54%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time(26.6±2.3)d and fracture healing time(59.6±2.3)d in rehabilitation group was shorter than(35.3±1.9)and(73.5±4.4)d in the control group,and weight-bearing walking time(53.6±4.6)d was longer than(39.1±2.3)d in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with talus fracture and dislocation,effectively restore ankle function and shorten the postoperative recovery time,which is worth clinical application.
