| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨pHi在急性胃粘膜损伤中的监测作用,方法：采用大鼠盲肠结扎加穿孔模型,在不同时相点检测胃膜内pH(pHi),胃粘膜溃疡指数（UI）及胃粘膜电位差（PD）,结果：模型制成后胃粘膜pHi呈进行性下降,PD持续降低,UI持续增高,且pHi与UI呈显著负相关,与PD呈显著正相关。结论：胃粘膜pHi能较好地反映出胃粘膜损伤的程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the monitoring role of pHi on acute gastric mucosal damage in rats.Methods Making use of the model of cecum ligated and perforated we observed the changes of the gastric intermucosal pH(pHi),intermucosal potential difference9PD), gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI) at several phasic points.Results After operation pHi and PD decreased continually, meanwhile UI elevated continually.pHi was negativily correlated with UI and positivly correlated with PD.Conclusion pHi can reflect the degree of gastric mucosal damage. |
