| 摘 要： | 白内障是我国首位致盲眼病，其手术方式从最早的针拨术到目前成熟的超声乳化术经历了几千年的发展。新近发展的飞秒激光在眼科领域逐渐被认知。飞秒激光在白内障手术晶状体前囊膜切开、核裂解、制作透明角膜切口及角膜松解切口等方面具有独特优势，能有效减少术中并发症，提高患者术后视觉质量，现就飞秒激光在白内障手术中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Cataract is the chief cause of blindness. and the surgical options have gone through great changes for thousands of years. Recently , femtosecond laser technology have been gradually perceived in the ophthalmology field. Applications of femtosecond laser in cataract surgery for capsulotomy, nuclear fragmentation, corneal incision and relaxing incision have possessed unique advantages. It has been confirmed that this technology effectively decreases intraoperative complication and improves postoperative visual quality. This article reviews the application of femtosecond laser in cataract surgery. |
