结晶样视网膜变性患者五种血清离子的异常变化

目的　分析结晶样视网膜变性（Ｂｉｅｔｔｉｃｒｙｓｔａｌｌｉｎｅｄｙｓｔｒｏｐｈｙ，ＢＣＤ）患者血清中镁、钙、钾、钠及氯离子浓度的变化情况。方法　采用回顾性序列病例研究方法，选取临床诊断为ＢＣＤ患者５０例纳入ＢＣＤ组，另选取９９位正常人作为正常对照组，按盲法由专业技术人员完成血清离子浓度检测，并分别行ＢＣＤ组和正常对照组比较。结果　ＢＣＤ组患者血清中，钙离子和钾离子浓度分别为（２．３２３±０．０９２）ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１和（４．１２３±０．３５５）ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，与正常对照组相比均显著升高（ｔ＝－４．２６６，Ｐ＝０．０００；ｔ＝－４．０８１，Ｐ＝０．０００）；镁离子浓度为（０．８４５±０．０５２）ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，与正常对照组血清中镁离子浓度（０．８７４±０．０７６）ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１相比显著下降（ｔ＝２．７６７，Ｐ＝０，００６）；钠和氯两种离子血清浓度与正常对照组相比差异均无统计学意义（均为Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论　ＢＣＤ患者血清中钙离子和钾离子浓度升高，镁离子浓度降低，其可能与ＢＣＤ的发病有关。

Abnormalities of five serum ions in patients with Bietti crystalline dystrophy

Objective To study the concentration changes of serum magnesium , calcium , potassium , sodium and chloride ions in patients with Bietti crystalline dystrophy( BCD). Methods Based on the retrospective study and the simple size in the statistics,50 patients with BCD and 99 normal people were taken serum ions test by professionals in hospital according to single blind study. Data were analyzed statistically between BCD and normal group. Results In the clinical serum ions test of BCD group , the concentration of calcium and potassium were ( 2. 323 + 0. 092) mmol . L -l and ( 4. 123 + 0. 355 ) mmol . L ’ I , respectively , which were sigruficantly higher than those of normal group ( t = - 4. 266 ,P = 0. 000 ; t = - 4. 081 ,P = 0. 000 ) , but the concentration of magnesium was (0. 845 +0. 052) mmol . L -l .which was significantly lower than the normal group ( t = 2. 767 ,P = 0. 006) . There was no sigruficant difference in remainder two serum ions concentration between BCD and normal group ( all P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion In patients with BCD .the concentration of calcium and potassium increases . and the concentration of magnesium decreases , which are probably related with the occurrence of BCD.
