| 摘 要： | 通过分析影响护患关系的因素(包括护士自身因素、患者因素、医院管理因素和社会因素),从护士管理方面提出构建和谐护患关系的对策,即培养护士的职业道德、伦理素养和良好的护理行为,丰富护士的理论知识,提高技术水平,培养护士良好的心理素质和人文素质。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the factors influencing nurse-patient relationship from the perspective of nurses,patients,hospital management and society.Then,the strategies were proposed to establish harmonious nurse-patient relationship,such as training nurses' professional morality and ethics,enhancing favorable nursing behaviors,improving level of theory and techniques,training psychological diathesis and humanity trait. |
