灸脐治疗女性更年期综合症的临床观察

目的提高女性更年期综合症临床疗效和生活质量。方法采用随机法,将200例症状较典型的中、重度更年期综合症患者分成灸脐组(治疗组)100例,采用药盐填脐,艾炷点燃置于药盐上灸治。西药组(对照组)100例,采用口服利维爱、钙剂、谷维素片对症治疗。用Kupperman评分法评价两组治疗女性更年期综合症的临床疗效,并对患者灸脐前后血清内分泌激素进行对比观察。结果灸脐组在烦躁易怒、记忆力减退、胸闷、乏力、皮肤感觉异常、心悸等方面改善明显。且灸脐组疗效明显高于西药组(p<0.05,p<0.01)。灸脐疗法可以升高血清雌二醇(E2)水平。结论灸脐是一种疗效好、无副作用、无痛苦、操作简便、可行、有效、经济、易于推广的治疗妇女更年期综合症的新方法。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT OF NAVEL MOXIBUSTION ON FEMALE CLIMACTERIC SYNDROME

Objective The navel moxibustion is used to cure female climacteric syndrome to improve the clinical effect and the life quality. Methods The 200 cases of the patients who suffer from medium or serious female climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into the curing group and the contrasting group, each consisting of 100 cases. For the curing group,we use the method of navel moxibustion. That is to put medicine on the navel with a lighted Aizhu lamp on the medicine ,while the patients in the contrasting group take western medicine like Liweiai ,calcium agent and orgzanol pills. Contrast the symptom and effect with the method of Kupperman and observe the patients＇ blood sera and endocrine hormone before and after the treatment. Results There is obvious difference in the effectiveness between the two groups. Thus, the treatment with navel moxibustion is of significance. Conclusion The method of navel moxibustion is effective way to cure female climacteric syndrome. It is convenient, practical, available, and easy to promote, saving money and causing no side effect or pain.
