疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗塞的临床研究

目的 观察疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗塞的疗效和安全性。方法 将72例患者随机分为两组，治疗组（n=36）静脉滴注疏血通注射液10mL，对照组（n=36）静脉滴注复方丹参注射液40mL，两组其余治疗相同，疗程15d.结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），血液流变学指标改善较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗塞安全有效。

Clinical Study of Shuxuetong Injection on Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Shuxuetong injection on progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patients in each group were treated with routine therapy.Shuxuetong injection was venously dropped in the treatment group.Compound Danshen injection was venously dropped in the control group.Results The decrease of neurofunction deficit score (NFD) in the treatment group was excelled that in the control group(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in the improvement of hemorrheologic indexes between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe for the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.
