丹红注射液用于心肌梗死后介入治疗的临床观察

目的评价丹红联合常规心肌梗死治疗对心肌梗死的疗效。方法203例心肌梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予介入再灌注,抗凝,抗血小板聚集药物,口服阿司匹林,硝酸酯类药物及低分子肝素;联合治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液。结果两组在用药前后冠脉血流分级无明显统计学差异,血小板聚集率差异也有显著性（P〈0.01）;心功能射血分数无明显影响,但总好转率有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论丹红注射液用于心肌梗死介入后疗效确切。

Conclusion Dan hong injection for myocardial infarction after the intervention is effective.
