| 摘 要： | 目的:考察鲍曼不动杆菌在2006-2010年间耐药性趋势的变迁,为临床抗感染治疗提供参考。方法:采用美国MicroscanAS-4自动细菌鉴定仪,对2006-2010年间送检的标本中检出的292株鲍曼不动杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)进行分析。结果:5年间鲍曼不动杆菌分离率逐年增加,分别为3.46%,3.73%,3.66%,3.76%,4.95%;对14种抗菌药物的耐药率呈上升趋势,多重耐药株由25%上升至56.8%;并检出泛耐药菌株的鲍曼不动杆菌。结论:密切关注鲍曼不动杆菌耐药趋势,加强检测,准确掌握其耐药变迁,合理应用抗菌药物。
