斑蝥药材提取工艺及其鼠体刺激性实验

摘    要:目的:建立斑蝥药材提取工艺以及定量测定方法,并考察其对鼠体的刺激性反应。方法:以斑蝥素为指标,采用碱液与乙醇提取法,紫外分光光度法考察斑蝥药材提取液中斑蝥素质量及其对鼠体刺激性反应程度。结果:斑蝥药材提取工艺以75%乙醇液、85℃冷浸提取1h时为最佳提取工艺;其提取物模拟剂型对鼠体的刺激性反应强弱以O/W>W/O或斑蝥药材粉末>脂质体或环糊精。结论:实验建立的斑蝥素含量测定方法适合于斑蝥药材的质量监控,并初步给出了刺激性实验的结果。
