石杉碱甲药源植物研究进展

摘    要:石杉碱甲(Huperzine A)从石杉科(Huperziaceae)石杉属(Huperzia)植物蛇足石杉(Huperzia serrfta(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.)中分离得到,其临床治疗阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)疗效显著。由于石杉碱甲的化学合成在短时间内难以克服合成步骤繁琐、成本高、活性低等特点,自然资源的挖掘和开发成为解决石杉碱甲短缺的有效途径之一。故对近年来石杉碱甲药源植物研究所取的成果和难点进行总结,以期为今后的研究提供一定参考。
