社区妇女乳腺癌筛查模式的建立及应用

目的建立社区妇女乳腺癌筛查模式并探讨其应用价值。方法自2008年10月-2009年5月间对社区的7051名妇女进行临床扪诊及乳腺癌高危因素调查,将数据上传至临床中心,根据乳腺癌危险度评分量表开展危险度评分,筛选出高危人群。结果 7051名参加筛查的妇女中,高危人群有380名(5.39%)。有23例发现可疑病灶,筛查阳性率为0.326%(23/7051),乳腺癌检出率为0.099%(7/7051),8个乳腺癌病灶中早期乳腺癌占7/8。结论依托临床中心的乳腺癌筛查模式能有效地提高筛查率,并能降低晚期乳腺癌的发病率。

Establishment and application of a breast cancer screening mode for community women

Objective To establish a breast cancer screening mode for community women and evaluate its application. Methods From October 2008 to May 2009, 7 051 community women were examined for breast cancer by palpation and risk factor investigation. The data were uploaded to the clinical center, where high risk population was screened out according to the breast cancer risk scale. Results The high risk population accounted for 5.39% (380/7 051). The positive rate of screening was 0.326% (23/7 051). The detection rate of breast cancer was 0.099% (7/7 051), and 7 of the 8 lesions were diagnosed as early breast cancers. Conclusion The breast cancer screening mode relying on clinical center can effectively improve the positive rate of screening and reduce the incidence of advanced breast cancer.
