摘    要:目的旨在了解急性心肌梗死患者QT离散度(Q-Td)与心率变异性(HRV)的关系. 方法作者对38例急性心肌梗死患者(AMI)和35例健康者,通过12导联体表心电图和24 h动态心电图,进行了QTd与心率变异性的检测,并进行了心梗组和对照组之间的非配对性t检验、QTd与心率变异性的相关性分析. 结果 38例急性心肌梗死患者的QTd与心率变异性呈显著的负相关性,其相关系数为-0.49(P<0.01). 而且心梗组和对照组之间的t检验显示,QTd和心率变异性均有显著差异. 结论 HRV与QTd具有较高的相关性,两者对心肌梗死患者的预后判断均具有一定的临床价值.

Abstract:AIM To know the relationship between QT dispersion and heart rate variability in patients with myocardial infarction. METHODS QT dispersion and heart rate variability measured by 12 lead surface electrocardiograms and 24 h ambulatory electrocardiographic monitoring in 38 patients with acute myocardial infarction and in 35 healthy control were analysed retro spectively by unpaired t test. The correlation analysis was performed between QT dispersion and heart rate variability. RESULTS There was significantly correlation between QT dispersion and heart rate variability in patients with myocardial infarction ( r =-0.49; P < 0.01 ; n =38). QT dispersion and heart rate variability were significantly different between the groups of myocardial infarction and healthy control subjects . CONCLUSION QT dispersion and heart rate variability is significantly correlated, which has great clinically predicting value for myocardial infarction.
