以肺外症状为首发的青年人肺癌23例临床分析

目的 探讨以肺外症状为首的发青年人肺癌的临床及病理特点。方法 回顾分析青年人肺癌23例的临床资料。结果 23例中,以神经系统症状共5例(21．7％),骨痛7例(30．4％),腹部症状4例(17．4％),心脏疾患者3例(13．1％),关节肿胀疼痛2例(8．7％),全身酸痛伴发热,男性乳房发育,锁骨上淋巴肿大各1例(13．1％)。结论 部分青年人肺癌缺乏特异的症状体征,易发生漏诊和误诊,早期诊断至关重要。

Clinical analysis of 23 young lung cancer patients whose initial symptoms were out of lung

Objective To improve the knowledge of and a ware ness to the lung cancer youth paients whose initial symptoms. appeared not in respiratory system.Methods 23 cases of youth lung cancer with initial symptoms rotin repirotory sqstem were retrospectively analyzed . Results Among the cases,5(21.7%) had initial symptoms in nervous system,7(30.4%) with bone pain,4(17.4%) with abdome symptom,3(13.1%) with heart disease,2(8.7%) with joint swollen and pain.There were another 3 cases13.1%) whose initial symptom indnded fever with malaise,gynaecomastia and enalarged lymph node above clavicle.Conclusion The initial symptome of some young patients with lung cancer are not typical and may be misdiagnosed.It is important to identify those symptoms in making early diagnosis.
