毕业班大学生焦虑状况及相关因素分析

目的 探讨毕业班大学生发生焦虑的相关因素,针对毕业班大学生的焦虑状况提出相应的对策.方法 采用随机整群抽样法,以焦虑自评量表为常模.结果 毕业班大学生存在焦虑情绪人数占调查人数的45.45%;不同学科之间的学生患焦虑比例有明显的差异;引起毕业班大学生焦虑情绪的首要因素是就业问题,其后依次是学习压力、个人前途、失恋、父母关系、人际关系和家庭成员挫折等.结论 毕业班大学生存在焦虑情绪比较普遍,应大力开展心理健康教育和就业指导,增强学生适应社会和应对应激的能力.

Analysis of anxiety and relative factors in senior college students

Objective To explore anxiety and the related factors in senior college students and to put forward proposals to reduce their anxiety. Methods The senior college students were checked by the method of cluster sampling. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was used in this study. Results 45.45% of senior students were found to have anxiety from the survey. There were obvious differences among ratios of anxiety in senior students who studied in different subjects. The most impor- tant relative factor which caused students to be anxious was employment. The other relative factors of anxiety in proper order were pressure of study, personal perspective, affection, relationship of parents, social relationship, frustration of family member and so on. Conclusion Anxious mode was very common in senior college students. Psychological health education and instruction of employment need to be enhanced to strengthen their social capability and adaptability.
