利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的疗效。方法：将2009年6月至2012年6月我科收治的疱疹性口炎患儿120例随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例，对照组给予碘甘油局部涂擦，治疗组采用利巴韦林喷剂对准口腔患处直接喷雾，7天为一疗程，比较两组退热时间、流涎、疼痛程度、口腔内和口周病损。结果：两组平均退热时间无明显差异（P〉0．05），但治疗组在流涎、疼痛程度、口腔病损的改善方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性口炎疗效好，无不良反应，患儿依从性好。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Ribavirin Sparay on Children with Herpetic Stomatitis

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of ribavirin spray in treatment of children with herpectic stomatitis. Methods： 120 children with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, and each group was 60 cases. The control group was given 3% iodine glycerin,while the treatment group was given ribavirin spray for 7 days. The defervescence time, drooling, oral lesions, extraoral lesions and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups. Results：The defervescenee time was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The drooling, degree of pain and oral lesions were significant better in the treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ribavirin spray has better effect on herpectic stomatitis and no obvious adverse reaction.
