184例慢性乙型肝炎超声诊断与病理对照分析

目的探讨ALT持续正常的慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的超声诊断与病情评估的准确性,为CHB的正确治疗提供依据。方法对超声引导下184例慢性乙型肝炎患者肝活检的病理结果与超声诊断进行对比分析。结果 184例患者中组织病理学诊断:轻度慢性肝炎65例,中-重度慢性肝炎80例,肝硬化39例。超声诊断正常14例,超声诊断阳性病例为170例,敏感性为92.39%。其中轻度59例,中-重度71例,肝硬化40例。超声正确诊断156例,准确率为84.78%。结论超声声像图在评价慢性乙型肝炎病情的轻重有重要的临床应用价值。

Comparative Study Between Ultrasonography and Pathology on the Liver of Patients with CHB in 184 Cases

Objective To investigate the accuracy of Ultrasonographic diagnosis and evaluation of the chronichepatitis B （CHB） with normal serum ALT value and to provide a basis for proper treatment. Methods 184 cases of ultrasound-guided liver biopsy in patients with CHB and Ultrasonographic diagnosis were analyzed. Results In results of the 184 cases, there were 65 cases of slight chronic hepatitis, 80 cases of moderate to severe chronic hepatitis, 39 cases of cirrhosis. In the ultrasonic results of the 184 cases, there were 14 cases of normal, 59 cases of slight chronic hepatitis, 71 cases of moderate to severe chronic hepatitis, 40 cases of cirrhosis. 156 cases were confirmed by Ultrasonic diagnosis in the 184 cases （85%）, 170 positive cases were confirmed by Ultrasonic diagnosis in the 184 cases（92.3%）. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis waves developing have the important value to appraise the chronichepatitis B state of an illness.
