子宫内膜异位症患者血清中EPO及ENA-78的表达及意义

目的 研究促红细胞生成素(EPO)及中性粒细胞激活肽-78( ENA-78)在子宫内膜异位症中的意义及相关性.方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析方法测定34例子宫内膜异位症患者(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期12例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期22例)和30例非子宫内膜异位症患者血清中EPO及ENA-78的表达,并分析子宫内膜异位症患者血清中EPO及ENA-78的相关性.结果 子宫内膜异位症患者血清中EPO及ENA-78的表达量均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；血清中EPO的表达量Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜异症患者稍高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；血清中ENA-78表达量Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜异症患者明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；子宫内膜异症患者血清中EPO与ENA-78的表达无明显相关.结论 EPO及ENA-78与子宫内膜异位症的发病有关.

Expression and significance of serum EPO and ENA-78 in patients with endometriosis

【Objective】 To study the role and significant of serum erythropoietin(EPO) and epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide-78(ENA-78) in patient with endometriosis.【Methods】 Serum concentrations of EPO and ENA-78 were measured by means of enzyme-linked immunosobent assay(ELISA) in 34 patients with endometriosis(12 in stages I~II and 22 in stages Ⅲ~IV) and in 30 women without endometriosis.And the relationship between the levels of EPO and ENA-78 in patient with endometriosis was analyzed.【Results】 The serum levels of EPO and ENAre 78 in women with endometriosis were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05);there were no significant differences in the serum levels of EPO between stage I~Ⅱand Ⅲ~IV(P >0.05);the ENA-78 concentrations of serum in stage Ⅲ~IV were significantly higher than those in stage I~Ⅱ(P <0.05);the were no obvious correlations in serum EPO and ENA-78 in patient with endometriosis.【Conclusion】 EPO and ENA-78 involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
