针刺对抑郁症患者脑电图及疗效影响的临床研究

目的:结合针刺治疗抑郁症前后脑电图的变化来研究针刺对抑郁症的治疗作用及机制,为针刺治疗抑郁症的临床应用提供更可靠更客观的依据。方法:以60例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用随机分针刺治疗组和西药组,治疗组采用传统针刺疗法,取穴百会、神庭、本神(双)、风池(双)、内关(双)、神门(双)、三阴交(双)、太冲(双)。西药组口服百忧解胶囊。以治疗前后的脑电图变化和汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)为评定指标,进行组间与组内、疗前与疗后的对比观察,来研究针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。结果:针刺组和百忧解组各自治疗前后脑电图比较和HAMD量表评分差异均具显著性意义(P0.05),说明两组治疗均有效;而两组组间治疗前后评分差异、两组间治疗有效率比较均具显著性意义(P0.05),说明针刺治疗组优于西药组。结论:针刺治疗抑郁症的疗效显著。

Effect of Acupuncture on EEG and Efficacy of Depressive Patients

Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture therapy on the depression based on changes in electro encephalogram(EEG) before and after treatment in order to provide more reliable and objective data for clinical application.Methods:120 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(treated by the traditional acupuncture therapy)which was treated with eight clinical points(30 minutes),and the drug contrast group(treated by the traditional acupuncture therapy) which was treated with Prozac capsules(20mg) EEG results before and after treatment in every group were compared and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) comparisons were made before and after trreatment in order to study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on depression.Results:The EEG and HAMD results in the treatment group and the drug contrast group after treatment were superior to that before treatment(P<0.05) and the EEG and HAMD results in the treatment group after treatment were superior to that in the drug contrast group(P<0.05);The treatment efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the drug contrast group.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can improve the symptoms and signs among the patients with depression.
