左旋氧氟沙星溶液的稳定性研究

摘    要:
 目的 考察左旋氧氟沙星溶液的稳定性。方法 采用HPLC测定溶液中左旋氧氟沙星及其降解产物的含量,考察了光照、高温及pH值对左旋氧氟沙星溶液稳定性的影响。结果 测定溶液中左旋氧氟沙星含量的平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.87%。若pH调节偏低或强光照射或加热时间较长,左旋氧氟沙星溶液色泽加深,降解产物含量略增加。结论 左旋氧氟沙星溶液对强光不稳定,对热较稳定,但随加热时间的延长也会逐渐分解。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the stability of levofloxacin solution.METHODS A HPLC method was used for the content determination of levofloxacin and its degradation product in the solution.The stability of levofloxacin solution under light,heat and pH value was studied.RESULTS The average recovery of the assay was 100.2% with the relative standard deviation 0.87%.When its pH value was lower,or it met with strong light and longtime heating,the color of levofloxacin solution was darkened and the content of the degradation product was increased.CONCLUSION The levofloxacin solution was unstable to strong light and its content decreased slowly with time to heat.
