红果山胡椒叶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对红果山胡椒干燥叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从红果山胡椒干燥叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱仪对化学成分进行鉴定。结果共分离出74种化学成分,鉴定了其中的53种化学成分,占总峰面积的96.07%。结论红果山胡椒叶中含量相对较高的是橙花叔醇、石竹烯、(+)-δ-杜松烯、β-蒎烯、(+)-香橙烯、顺式金合欢醇等,其中橙花叔醇的含量达28.09%,方法稳定性、重现性较好。
