红花与三七两种注射剂同期静脉给药治疗高粘血症效果观察

目的：用红花和三七两种注射剂同期静脉给药治疗高粘血症,观察其疗效。方法：治疗组以红花与三七两种注射剂同期静脉给药,对照组以非诺贝特、复方丹参、鱼油烯康口服给药;疗程1个月;治疗前后分别抽血作血液流变学检测,测得值作统计学处理。结果：全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间下降值差别具有显性。结论：红花与三七同期静脉给药治疗效果好。

The observation of the treatment of high blood viscosity with injections of safflower and notoginseng

Objectives: To investigate the effect of injection of Safflower and notoginseng on the patients wifh high blood viscosity.Methods: Experimental group was treated with injection of safflower and notoginseng for one month, meanwhile control group was treated with oral pills yuyouxikan(fish oil), fenofibrate and salvia mitiorrhiza co.Their indexes of hemorrheology were evaluated before and after treatment.Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the field of whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte electrophoresis.Conclusions: It has good effect to inject safflower and notoginseng on the patients with high blood viscosity.
