180例子宫内膜癌临床分析

[目的]研究子宫内膜癌的临床特征及预后因素。[方法]回顾性分析180例子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料。[结果]近10年来子宫内膜癌的发病年龄呈年轻化趋势;病理类型、病理分期、肌层浸润深度和组织学分级是影响患者预后的危险因素（P〈0.05）。术后加化疗或放疗者预后较未行辅助治疗者好。[结论]病理类型、病理分期、肌层浸润深度和组织学分级对子宫内膜癌的预后有重要意义。

Clinical Analysis of 180 Cases with Endometrial Carcinoma

[Purpose] To investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of endometrial carcinoma.[Method] The clinical pathological data of 180 cases with endometrial carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.[Results] Patients with endometrial carcinoma tend to be young at the age of onset.Pathological type,staging,myometrial invasion and histological grade were related to prognosis（P0.05）.Prognosis in patients with postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy was better than that in patients without postoperative treatment.[Conclusion] Pathological type,staging,myometrial invasion and histological grade play important roles in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
