生发搽剂的质量标准研究

目的建立生发搽剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对生发搽剂中墨旱莲、桑叶和黄柏进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,使用Agilent C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以乙腈-0.033mL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(35:65)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长424nm。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。小檗碱进样量在0.03136～0.18816μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为101.23%,RSD=1.79%(n=6)。结论本法专属性强,准确度高,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制方法。

Study on Quality Standard of Shengfa Liniment

Objective To establish the method tbr quality standard of Shengfa Liniment. Methods Herba Ecliptae, Folium Mori and Cortex Phellodendron were identified by TLC. HPLC method for determining berberine in Shengfa Liniment was established. The column was Agilent C-18 （5μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.033 mL/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （35 ： 65）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 424 nm. Results The spots on the TLC plate were clear The negative control sample had no interference. A good linearity for berberine was obtained in the range of 0.031 36～0.188 16 μg, r=0.999 7. The average recovery was 101.23%, RSD=1.79% （n=6）. Conclusion The methods are specific, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the product.
