PBL教学法在实习护士带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨基于问题的教学法(problem—based learning,PBL)在实习护士带教中的应用。方法将一个班30人的实习护士随机分为两组,一组实行PBL教学法,另一组以传统基于授课的教学法(lecture—based learning,LBL)作为对照,分析两组在实习结束后考试成绩的差别,并调查实习生对PBL教学法的看法。结果实习结束后考试PBL组成绩为(81.8±9.81)分,LBL组成绩为(72.73±10.33)分,两组间差别有统计学意义(z=2.328,P=0.02)。问卷调查结果显示:86.7%实习生对PBL满意,73.3%认为PBL能提高自己的成绩,60%认为值得在实习护士中推广。结论PBL可以提高实习护士临床效果,值得在护理实习带教中推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of problem - based learning (PBL) in nursing clinical application. Methods 30 practice nurses were randomly divided into two groups. One group received PBL and another received lecture - based learning (LBL) as control. Results At final examination, score in the PBL group and the LBL group was 81.8 ±9.81 and 72.73 ±10.33, respectively, and there is significant difference between them. 86.7% students felt content to PBL, 73.3% thought PBL could improve their scores, and 60% thought it was worthy of being recommended in nursing practice. Conclusion PBL can improve practice nurses' efficiency and be worth recommending in their clinical practice and learning.
