重度失血性休克的手术室护理体会

目的：对重度失血性休克患者的手术室护理体会进行分析和探讨。方法80例重度失血休克患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组以及观察组，每组40例，对照组患者采取常规的护理方式，在常规护理的基础之上，观察组患者进行全面的护理干预。结果在经过相应的治疗以及护理干预之后，观察组患者达到了95.00%的抢救成功率，而对照组患者则达到了65.00%的抢救成功率，两组患者治疗结果相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对重度失血性休克患者采取积极有效手术室护理干预，能够有效的促进患者康复，同时还可以促进术后并发症发生率的减少。

Nursing experience of severe hemorrhagic shock patients in operating room

Objective To analyze and discuss nursing experience of severe hemorrhagic shock patients in operating room. Methods Divided 80 hemorrhagic shock patients into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, control group was treated with routine nursing method, observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group. Results After appropriate treatment and care interventions, success rate of observation group was up to 95.00%, while the control group reached 65.00%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with severe hemorrhagic shock, active and effective operating room nursing intervention can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, but can also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
