| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relation between Indel-19 polymorphisms of Calpain-10 gene and hemodialysis patients.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used to test the genetype of Indel-19 of Calpain-10 gene.The people being tested included 30 normal people and 60 hemodialysis patients.The relationship between FBG,TG and HDL-C was also tested.Results:The frequency of different genetypes was the same in 2 groups(P=0.742).The frequency of genetype 2/2 in hemolys... |
