超声引导在宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术中的应用价值

目的 探讨超声在宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术中的临床价值。方法 术中超声引导20例患者，于宫腔镜切割前、后分段测量肌层、内膜厚度，引导内膜浅肌层切割；与20例无超声引导患者情况进行对比。结果 术后第3个月起随访，超声引导组月经情况明显改善，且全部手术无1例并发症发生。结论 超声引导宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术使切割更精确，可缩短手术时间，提高疗效，减少并发症的发生。

Value of Ultrasound-guided Hysteroscopic Endometrial Resection

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic endometrial resection.Methods Under the guidance of ultuasound,twenty patient's section muscular layers and endometrial thickness were measured before and after operation,and their endometrial and fleet muscular layers were incised and compared with 20 cases without ultrasound-guided.Results All the ultrasound-guided patients were followed-up from the third month,after operation and their menstrual symptoms were not only obvious improved,but alse no complication happened.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided Hysteroscopic endometrial resection could by more accurate,so surgical time were shortened,curative effect improved and complication reduced.
