| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察针刺大陵穴治疗中风后情感障碍的临床疗效。方法 :将中风后情感障碍所致嘻笑不休患者 6 6例随机分为针刺大陵治疗组 36例 ,针刺头针情感区对照组 30例 ,进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组与对照组均有较好的临床疗效 ,但治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :针刺大陵穴治疗中风后情感障碍具有较好临床疗效 ,且操作简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Daling (PC 7) on affective disorder after apoplexy. Methods 66 cases of keeping on laugh induced by affective disorder after apoplexy were randomly divided into the treatment group treated by acupuncture on Daling (PC 7) ( n =36) and the control group treated with scalp acupuncture at Qinggan Area ( n =30), and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results Both the treatment group and the control group have a better clinical therapeutic effect, but the treatment group being superior to the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture on Daling (PC 7) can increase the therapeutic effect on affective disorder after apoplexy with simple manipulation. |
