摘    要:
目的:观察大鼠自体尾静脉血建立尾状核脑出血致应激性溃疡实验动物模型的作用和效果。方法:SD大鼠分为对照组和实验组各10只。用非精确定位穿刺法将实验组大鼠自体尾静脉血200μL注入右脑实质内,72h后处死,观察胃黏膜溃疡发生率,溃疡指数,血清内皮素,血清、脑、胃黏膜的丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),脑含水量,脑、胃黏膜光镜和电镜的病理变化及超微结构电脑图像定量分析。结果:实验组胃黏膜溃疡发生率为30%,溃疡指数为15,两组血清、脑、胃黏膜的MDA、SOD,脑神经元细胞、胃壁细胞超微结构电脑图像定量分析中的线粒体比表面差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01).脑含水量及胃壁细胞线粒体体积密度差异也有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。血清内皮素差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实验组脑、胃组织光镜可观察到组织坏死出血病灶,电镜见部分线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂。内质网稀疏或扩张。结论:200μL自体尾静脉血穿刺注入法可有效达到构建脑出血致应激性溃疡的目的.[著者文摘]

Establishment of a rat madel of acute stress ulcer due to cerebral hemorrhage and detection of ite pathogenesis preliminarily
Abstract:
Objective To establish a rat model of acute stress ulcer due to caudate nucleus hemorrhage by injection of autologous blood and detection of its pathogenesis preliminarily.Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=10) and experimental group(n=10) which right intracerebral hemorrhage was formed by inject 200µl autologous caudal venous blood, the incidence of acute stress ulcer, ulcer index were observed and serum endothelin level,MDA content and SOD activity in serum,brain and gastric mucosa were measured,and the pathological examination of the brain tissue and gastric mucosa by light microscopy and electron microscopy was analysed at 72 hours of the experiment. Results Experimental group ,the incidence of acute stress ulcer is 30%,ulcer index is 15.Compared with control group,MDA content and SOD activity in serum,brain and gastric mucosa (P<0.01), Rsv mit in neuron and gastric parietal cell(P<0.01), Vvmit in gastric parietal cell(P<0.05)were statistically difference in experiment group. serum endothelin level (P>0.05)were not statistically difference in experiment group.The focal necrosis and hemorrhage of gastric and brain tissue were observed under a light microscope and some swollen mitochondria, broken cristae and endoplasmic reticulum sparseness or dilation were seen under a electron microscope. Conclusions Acute stress ulcer by cerebral hemorrhage can be sucessfully induced by injecting 200µl autologous caudal venous blood of rats.
