摘    要:龙血竭是龙血树属的植物树干受到损伤后,在微生物侵染或(和)自然氧化作用下逐渐形成的树脂.龙血树属植物中甾体皂苷是主要成分,现已分离鉴定了94个甾体皂苷,而诱导形成的树脂(即龙血竭)中仅发现5个甾体皂苷类化合物,且包括骨架发生C环断裂重排的甾体(Dracaenogenin A)以及F环翻转为22位S构型的螺甾烷型甾体皂苷.本文讨论了龙血竭形成过程中,甾体皂苷类成分的变化,对进一步研究血竭形成机理起着重要的作用.

Changes of Steroidal Saponins in the Formation of Sanguis Draconis

Abstract:Sanguis Draconis is the resin that gradually forms in microbial infection or natural oxidation after the Dracaena genus trunk is damaged. The main ingredients of steroidal sapenins in Dracaena genus are identified as 94 steroidal saponins, and the five steroidal saponins were found the induced resin ( Sanguis Draconis), including skeleton C - ring steroidal fracture rearrangement ( Dracaenogenin A) and screw type sterane steroidal sapouins of F 22 S flip ring configuration. The paper discusses the changes of steroidal saponins composition in the formation of Sanguis Draconis so as to make a further research on the important role of Sanguis Draconis mechanism.
