清热消暑饮对风热感冒的炎性细胞因子影响的探讨

目的 探讨清热消暑饮对风热感冒的炎性细胞因子的影响.方法 将81例风热感冒患者随机分为2组,疗程均为1周：①对照组：40例,口服阿昔洛韦片0.1g,Tid;②治疗组：41例,口服清热消暑饮（银花、连翘、夏枯草、板蓝根、白茅根、桔梗等）1剂/d,Tid.观察用药前后患者的炎性细胞因子的改变.结果 治疗后,2组患者的肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α,白介素IL-1和IL-10,CD4＋T细胞百分比均比用药前改善,其中用药后治疗组与对照组的TNF-α、IL-1、CD4＋T细胞的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 清热消暑饮能显著改善风热感冒症状,对炎性细胞因子也有显著影响.

Effect of Heat-Clearing and Detoxicating Decoction on Inflammatory Cytokines of Patients with Wind-heat Cold

Objective： To observe the effect of Heat -clearing and Detoxicating Decoction on inflammatory cyto- kines of patients with wind - heat cold. Methods ： 81 wind - heat cold patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. One week was a course of treatment, dO patients in the control group took acyclovir po 0. lg Tid orally while 41 patients in the treatment group drank Heat -clearing and Detoxicating Decoction one dose daily, Tid. The changes of the inflammatory cytokines of the patients were observed. Resuhs：TNF- a, IL- 1 ,and the percentage of CD4 ＋T cell of the two groups improved after the treatment. The difference of these three indexes of the TCM group was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） when compared with that of the control group. Conclusion： Heat -clearing and Detoxicating Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of wind - heat cold patients and has certain effect on their inflammatory cytokines
