自拟密骨培元饮联合鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

目的 自拟探讨密骨培元饮联合鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效.方法 选取本院120例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）,对照组采用鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗,治疗组采用密骨培元饮联合鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗.结果 治疗后,2组的VAS评分值和骨密度值均有明显改善（P＜0.05）;且组间对比,以治疗组进步更为显著（P＜0.05）;治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 密骨培元饮联合鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症能产生相互协同和增效作用,具有更好的疗效,其协同和增效的具体机制以及如何进一步优化治疗方案,以最小的剂量达到最优的治疗效果有待进一步研究与观察.

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis Patients by Self-made Migu Peiyuan Decoction Combined with Salmon Calcitonin and Calcium Carbonate

Objective： To study the clinical effect of selfmade Migu Peiyuan Decoction combined with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate on the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 60 per group. The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate while the treatment group was treated with self - made Migu Peiyuan Decoction combined with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate. Results ： VAS scores and BMD of the two groups showed significant improvement （ P 〈 0.05 ） after the treatment and the contrast between the two groups showed that the treatment group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Migu Peiyuan Decoction combined with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate can produce mutual collaboration and synergies and therefore has a better effect. Its specific mechanism of the collaboration and synergies and how to further optimize treatment programs with a minimum dose to achieve optimal therapeutic effect needs further study and observation.
