| 摘 要： | 目的测定春柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量。方法应用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果柴胡皂苷a在0.4018~6.027μg（r=0.9990）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为91.19%,RSD为1.83%（n=6）;柴胡皂苷d在0.5238~7.857μg（r=0.9992）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为92.76%,RSD为1.43%（n=6）。结论本研究建立的柴胡皂苷a、d的含量测定方法简便、结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the saikosaponin a and d content in spring Bupleurum. Methods： HPLC was used. Column was Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase was acetonitrile- water gradient elution,1mL·min- 1of flow velocity and210 nm of detection wavelength. Results： The saikosaponin a had a good linear relationship at range of 0. 4018 ~ 6. 027 μg（r = 0. 9990）.The average recovery rate was 91. 19% and RSD was 1. 83%（ n = 6）; the saikosaponin d had a good linear relationship at range of0. 5238 ~ 7. 857μg（r 0. 9992）. The average recovery rate was 92. 76% and RSD was 1. 43%（n = 6）. Conclusion： The study establishes a determination method for saikosaponin a and d,which is simple and accurate. |
