| 摘 要： | 根据北京市二区一县的现场调查，分析了药品收入在乡镇卫生院发展中的作用，药品零差率政策的实施对卫生院生存和发展的影响，提出了取消药品加成率的条件、财政补助及时足额到位、建立备用金制度等措施，以保证药品零差价政策的顺利实施和推广。 |

| Abstract: | According to the investigation of the two districts and one county in Beijing, The role of the medical income in the township health center, the influenee of the drug zero-profit to the hospital＇ s operation and development were analyzed. Some suggests, such as： the conditions of the drug add-profit ratio eaneelled, financial subsidies obtained timely and fully, the system of prep-found were made in the article, in order to operate and promote the Drug＇ s zero-profit policies smoothly. |
