反复种植失败患者的个体化胚胎移植

反复种植失败(recurrent implantation failure,RIF)是目前辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)临床工作中的难题,也是研究和讨论的热点,同时也给患者带来了巨大的经济负担及精神压力。其定义目前尚未统一。结合胚胎移植次数、移植胚胎数目和质量、子宫内膜容受性等来定义RIF可能更准确和全面。由于种植窗不是恒定不变的,统一的胚胎移植时间可能导致子宫内膜与胚胎发育不同步,从而出现RIF。因此个体化胚胎移植是改善RIF患者ART结局的重要手段。

Individualized embryo transfer for patients with recurrent implantation failure

Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a hot topic for researches and the challenge of clinical jobs in assisted reproductive technology (ART).It brings heavy economic burden and mental stress to patients.There is no uniform definition of RIF.It is more accurate and comprehensive to define RIF by combination of the number of embryo transfer,number and quality of transferred embryos,and endometrial receptivity.Window of implantation (WOI) is not consistent for different patients.Endometrium is not synchronized with embryonic development can causes RIF.Therefore,individualized embryo transfer is an important method to improve outcomes of patients with RIF.
