| 摘 要： | 目的：提高手术室器械清洗质量,预防和控制医院感染。方法：采用常规清洗和加酶浸泡清洗法,然后对清洗后的器械进行残留血比较。结果：两组器械轴关节和咬合面两个部位采样的隐血试验结果比较,差异具有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：清洗前加酶浸泡可提高手术器械的清洗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the quality of cleaning, precaution and control of operational instruments. Methods: To contrast the residual blood of two groups by using normal cleaning and enzyme cleaning product. Results: In the test of OB experiments between two groups, the results of the joint of medical instruments and intersect of medical instruments were notable (P<0.01). Conclusions: the cleaning system with enzyme product can improve the cleaning quality. |
