| 摘 要： | 采用龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎46例,并与运用西药治疗者加以比较.结果表明,龙胆泻肝汤对治疗湿热瘀阻型类风湿关节炎具有一定的疗效和较少的毒副作用,认为其机理主要与抗炎、改善血液循环及免疫调节有关.

| Abstract: | Seventy cases of damp-heat-stagnation-type rheumatoid arthritis (DHST RA) were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n=46 cases) and the control (n=24 cases), which were treated by "LONGDAN XIEGAN TANG" (LXGT, TCD Decoction of Gentiana for Purging the Liver) and by Western remedies; and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The results showed that LXGT haves some therapeutic effects but little toxic or side effects on DHST RA; the action mechanism is related mainly to the function to resist the inflammation and to improve the blood circulation and the immune regulation. |
