整体护理模式对广泛子宫全切术后并发症的影响

目的探讨整体护理模式对广泛子宫切除术后并发症的影响。方法将需行广泛子宫切除术的妇科恶性肿瘤患者112例纳入研究,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组实施整体护理模式,对照组实施常规护理模式。比较观察两组术后并发症发生的情况。结果观察组肛门排气时间〉48h,术后尿潴留、泌尿系统感染、肺部感染等并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论广泛子宫切除患者术后实施整体护理,对减轻患者痛苦、减少并发症,及早康复有良好效果,值得临床推广应用。

Overall model care for the complications of extensive hysterectomy

Objective To explore the overall model care for the complications of extensive hysterectomy.Methods 112 patients with malignant gynecologic cancer were included in the study.According to admission order,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=56).The observation group was holistic nursing model,the control group was the implementation of routine care model.Postoperative complications were observed and compared the situation.Results The observation group were significantly lower than the control group including anal exhaust time>48h,postoperative urinary retention,urinary tract infections,lung infections and other complications rate.The difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing radical hysterectomy,the overall model is implemented nursing,to relieve the suffering of patients and reduce complications,early recovery has a positive effect.
