47例急性孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的高频彩超特征分析

目的探讨高频彩超对急性孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析高频彩超诊断的47例急性孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的声像图特征，并与临床随访结果进行对比评价。结果高频彩超检出的47例急性孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓，均经临床证实，超声诊断准确率为100％（47／47例）。典型声像图特征：小腿肌肉间静脉管腔明显扩张，迂曲，管腔内可见无回声或低回声充填。长轴切面呈树枝样低回声，横断面显示肌肉多个圆形或椭圆形低回声。探头加压不能压闭或部分关闭，管腔内无血流信号充盈。结论高频彩超是诊断急性孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓较准确、可靠的方法，具有重要的临床价值。

High-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of acute isolated calf muscle venous thrombosis

ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound on acute isolated calf muscle venous thrombosis.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the ultrasonographical features of 47 patients with acute isolated calf muscle venous thrombosis and then follow-up of clinical outcome.ResultsThere were 47 patients with acute isolated calf muscle venous thrombosis whose High-frequency ultrasonography confirmed with the clinical or imaging studies.The coincidence rate was 100%(47/47).Typical sonographic features: calf muscle venous lumen dilated,tortuous,anechoic lumen or hypoechoic filling.Long axis of the tree-like low-cut surface echo,heard more than one muscle cross-section appears as round or oval hypoechoic.ConclusionHigh-frequency ultrasonography is accurate and reliable method in the diagnosis of acute isolated calf muscle venous thrombosis.
