TP、VEGF在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达及与肝癌血管生成的相关性研究

摘    要:目的检测原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)肝组织中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达水平,井对肝癌组织中TP和VEGF的表达与肝癌血管生成进行相关性分析。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测72例肝癌组织及19例正常肝组织中的TP、VEGF表达及微血管密度(MVD)均值,并分析其与HCC病理学分级和临床分期的相关性。结果肝癌组织TP、VEGF阳性表达率及MVD均值明显高于正常肝组织(P〈0.05),且TP、VEGF的表达与肝癌病理分级、肿瘤包膜是否完整、肿瘤大小、有无门静脉癌栓明显相关(P〈0.05);但与性别、年龄、AFP、是否肝硬化、child肝功能分级无关(P〉0.05)。结论TP、VEGF的表达与肝癌血管生成呈正相关,TP、VEGF在肝癌血管生成中具有协同作用。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of thymidine phosphorylase(TP) and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue and normal liver tissue,and analysis the relevance with angiogenesis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TP,VEGF and microvessel density(MVD) in HCC tissues(n=72) and normal liver tissue(n=19),in the TP,the mean VEGF expression and(MVD) and to analyze its correlation with HCC pathological grade and clinical stage.Results TP and VEGF positive expression rate and the mean MVD in HCC tissues was significantly higher than the normal liver tissue(P<0.05),while the TP and VEGF expressions have apparent relationships with Edmondson class,tumor size,integrity of tumor envelope and TTPV(P<0.05),but have no relationship with sex,age,AFP,hepatic cirrhosis and Child classification(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TP and VEGF was positively related with the HCC angiogenesis,TP and VEGF have a synergistic effect on HCC angiogenesis.
