中医活血化瘀方治疗慢性肺心病的临床疗效研究

目的:研究活血化瘀方治疗慢性肺心病的疗效。方法:72例慢性肺心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在西药组基础上加服活血化瘀方。结果:观察组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率66.67%,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:常规西药治疗配合中医活血化瘀方治疗慢性肺心病疗效确切,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy studies on treating chronic pulmonary heart disease by the recipe of Huoxue Huayu

Objective: To study the efficacy of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease by the recipe of Huoxue Huayu. Methods: 72 cases of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, randomly divided into two groups, the control group was give western medicine for treatment, the observation group was based on control group and take for the recipe of Huoxue Huayu. Results: In the observation group, the total effectiveness 83.33%, and in the control group, the total effectiveness 66.67%, difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating chronic pulmonary heart disease by conventional western medicine plus the recipe of Huoxue Huayu have a significant effect, can be in clinical application.
