| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士工作压力与生活质量的相关性。方法采取整群抽样法，用护士工作压力源量表及世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表对100名华西医院规范化培训护士进行横断面调查。结果护士工作压力总均分为（10．37士2．13），护士的生活质量总分为（280．52士52．52）。不同工作科室、不同月收入、不同睡眠情况、不同健康状况的护士生活质量总分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。护士工作压力各维度与生活质量各维度之间呈负相关（r〈0，P〈0．05）。结论华西医院规范化培训护士整体工作压力处于轻中度水平。护士工作压力各维度与生活质量各维度之间呈负相关。提示工作压力越大，其生活质量就越低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the working pressure and the life quality of nurse.Methods 100 nurses were selected with cluster sampling method.The working pressure and quality of life were evaluated with work pressure source scale and health organization survival quality rating scale.Results The nurse working pressure scores were 10.37±2.13 and the nurse’s quality of life scores were 280.52±52.52.Different work departments,and different income,different sleep,different health nurse quality of life scores a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The work pressure of the standardized training nurses of West China hospital is on mild-moderate donor level.The work pressure is negatively related to the quality of life. |
