儿童穿透性角膜移植联合白内障摘除手术

回顾性地研究２２例儿童穿透性角膜移植与白内障联合手术，术后随访时间为６个月至４年。角膜植入的透明率为５４．５４％，角膜植片混浊或半透明率为４５．４６％，失败的病例与儿童年龄及角膜病变程度有关，而与是否采用穿透性角膜移植与白内障联合手 关。成功的病例术后视力，最佳者为０．９７例矫正视力在０．２或以下，这可能为角膜发生混浊时间较长，已有弱视的结果。

Cataract extraction combined with penetrating keratoplasty in 22 children was analyzed retrospecti vely Follow up of half to 4 years was performed after operation We found that the rate of graft transparency was 54 54%,and that of graft opacity or semi clarity was 45 46% Failure of operation showed relations with the ages of children and the extent of their corneal disorders,but no relations with the combined operation We also found that the best corrected visual acuity was 0 9 in successful cases,however,0 2 or less in 7 cases The possible reason was amblyopia developed as a result of long time corneal opacity
