| 摘 要： | 报道4例误诊为肿瘤的脑内血肿．这类血肿多起病隐匿，不一定有外伤史，多处于吸收期，CT表现与脑瘤相似．忽视外伤史和片面强调CT表现为常见误诊原因．作者认为酷似肿瘤的脑内血肿，应密切结合病史、体征及CT动态观察，必要时行MRI检查，以明确诊断，防止误行手术． |

| Abstract: | 4 Cases were reported with which cerebrai hematoma were misdiagnosed as cerebroma. Most of such cases came on without any symptom,to traumatic histories or not. They were found at absorption stage mostly, Whose CT images were as similar as that of cerabroma. The authors suggeSt that the history, signs, repeated CT observations and MRI if necessary should be studied together for cerebral hematoma resembling tumors, so as to make a definite diagnosis and avoid unnecessary operations. |
