| 摘 要： | 目的探讨局麻下无张力疝修补术在成人腹股沟马鞍疝中的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2005年8月至2009年4月采用人工合成材料局麻下行成人腹股沟马鞍疝无张力修补术13例。结果本组病例手术全部成功,随访1-14个月,无严重术后并发症,无复发。结论局麻下无张力腹股沟马鞍疝修补术安全,创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of the tension-free hernia repair under local anesthesia in adult patients in the clinical inguinal hernia saddle.Methods The clinical data of 13 cases with inguinal hernia saddle who were treated by Tension-free hernia repair were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operation was successful in all patients followed up for 1～14 months,no severe postoperative complications and recurrence occurred.Conclusion saddle tension-free inguinal hernia repair is effective and safety withless complications,rapid postoperative recovery and low the recurrence rate. |
