| 摘 要： | 介绍了偏最小二乘法（partialleastspuaremethod，PLS）用于尿液中药物浓度测定的基本原理，建立了不经分离直接测定尿液中氧氟沙星浓度的PLS－紫外分光光度法。所得结果的平均回收率为100．04％（RSD＝0．85％）。同时对其人体内药物动学参数进行了计算。并把国产片剂和进口片进行了比较，表明国产片质量已达到国外的同期水平。 |

| Abstract: | We described the principles of partial least square method(PLS)in the determina-tion of drug concentration in urine. Direct determination of ofloxacin concentration in urine byPLS ultrospec-trophotometry was built without the prior separation. The mean recovery of the re-sult was 100.04%(RSD=0.85%).Its pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated,and thetablets produced in China were cornpared with those imported from Japan. |
