目的:观察瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉用于开胸手术麻醉的临床效果.方法:选择门急诊ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级开胸手术患者42例,随机平分成两组,治疗组为瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚诱导麻醉,对照组为丙泊酚诱导麻醉.结果:麻醉诱导后两组HR均较诱导前有所下降,自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间对照组均明显高于治疗组组.结论:瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于开胸无手术麻醉效果满意,值得临床推广.
