鹿角对大鼠乳腺增生模型的治疗作用

目的：研究中药鹿角、鹿角胶对大鼠乳腺增生的影响。方法：长期外源性注射苯甲酸雌二醇、黄体酮建立乳腺增生模型。给药4周后，取乳腺组织做病理切片；测定子宫指数、卵巢指数；放射免疫方法测定血清中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）、垂体泌乳素（PRL）、促黄体生成素（LH）和促卵泡生成素（FSH）的含量。结果：与模型组相比，全部治疗组大鼠的乳头红肿、乳腺小叶、腺泡、导管增生均较轻；血清中E2、孕酮、睾酮、LH不同程度降低，PRL不同程度升高。结论：鹿角、鹿角胶对大鼠乳腺增生均有明显的治疗作用；但各指标组间无显著性差异。

Therapeutic effect of Cornu Cervi for breast hyperplasia in rats

Aim:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect difference of Cornu Cervi and Colia Cornus cervi for breast hyperplasia.Methods:Estradiol benzoate injection and progesterone injection were used to make models of breast hyperplasia.After infusing four weeks later,the breast tissue were sliced and observed morphologically.Uterine index and ovarian index were evaluated by.The contents of estradiol(E_2),progesterone(P),testosterone(T),prolactin,luteining hormone(LH) and follicle stimulating hormone contents were determined.Results:Compared with model group,the symptoms of red and tumefaction of nipples,hyperplasia of mammary glands and microscopic leaflets,acini and tubes were smaller,the levels of E_2,P,T,LH were reduced and PRL were increased in all treatment groups.Conclusion:Both Cornu Cervi and Colia Cornus cervi have evidently therapeutic effect on breast hyperplasia,and had no remarkably difference among groups.
