改良保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的探讨改良保留灌肠法在治疗溃疡性结肠炎中的效果。方法将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者按入院日的奇数、偶数分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用改良保留灌肠法，用输液瓶接一次性输液器再连接一次性吸痰管灌肠，每晚1次，每次240ml；对照组采用常规保留灌肠法，用一次性灌肠袋灌肠，每日2次，每次120ml；观察两组患者药液保留时间、药液外溢、临床疗效及患者满意度。结果与对照组比较，观察组药液保留时间延长、药液外溢明显减少、提高了临床疗效及患者满意度。结论改良保留灌肠法优于常规保留灌肠法。

Clinical Observation on improved method of retention enemas in treating ulcerative colitis

Objective To explore the effect of improved method of retention enemas in treating ulcerative colitis.Methods Divide 60 patients with colitis gravis into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30) randomly.Observation group use improved method.They were given 240ml enema solution once a night by dropping bottle connected to disposable IV tubing which was connected to disposable sputum suction-tubes.Control group use routine retention enemas.They were given 120ml enema solution twice a day by disposable enema bag.The total volumes of enema in two groups were the same.Observe the retention time,overflow of drug fluid,effect and satisfied level of the patients in two groups.Result Observation group has longer retention time,less overflow of drug fluid,better effect and satisfied level of the patients.Conclusion Improved methods of retention enemas are better than routine one.
